Your account
Delete your account. In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. It permanently deletes your profile, posts, comments, messages, trips and photos.
Fix your belt. Profile → Settings → Belt & rank. Changes there don't post anything. To delete a rank-up post, tap ··· on it. You can keep your rank or undo it.
Make your account private. Profile → Edit profile → Private account. Only people you approve can follow you and see your posts.
Safety
Report any post, comment, message or profile from its ··· menu, and block anyone. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content and accounts that break our Terms.
Gyms
Claim your gym. Find it in the app, open its page and tap “Own or run this gym? Claim it”. We verify that you run it, usually within a day.
Check-in problems. App check-in opens at 5:00 AM on the day of class (or 30 minutes before an earlier class). The front-desk QR and iPad open 30 minutes before each class.
Founding Gyms and Gym Pro. Email us with your gym's name and city.
Joining a gym with a code
Got a 6-character gym code? Open Matly and go to Profile → Edit profile → Home gym and enter the code, or scan the gym's QR from the same screen.
